Offer A — Leads
Inbound homeowners submit our city form (name, email, phone optional, ZIP/city, short message). We route qualified leads to assessor-only firms in that metro.

What counts as a billable lead
- Form submit with valid email + city/ZIP in your coverage area
- Not obvious spam/test (we can void within 24 hours if junk)
- Not a duplicate of the same email within 30 days
Delivery: email of the form fields to your contact address.
Payment: invoice or Stripe link after you confirm coverage ZIPs — no auto-charge until you agree.
Starter prices for TX/FL metros. We adjust after real form volume.
Offer B — Featured listing
